The importance of hydraulic oil for concrete placing boom
By observing the level gauge installed on the side of the hydraulic tank, we can judge whether the hydraulic oil quantity is enough.If the amount of hydraulic oil is seriously insufficient, it will cause the pump to empty, resulting in the burning of the pump, can not establish pressure and make the hydraulic system paralyzed. The solution is: regular inspection, timely filling oil.
Hydraulic oil is not clean (contaminated), will make the hydraulic system components work abnormal.For example, the hydraulic valve can not normally lock and cause internal leakage; Pump pressure can not cause insufficient system pressure and so on.Solution: first, all the placing boom back to the transport state, so that most of the hydraulic oil flow back to the tank; Then open the drain plug at the bottom of the tank, discharge all the contaminated hydraulic oil, and thoroughly clean the inside of the tank; Install the bottom plug (no leakage) and fill the tank with clean hydraulic oil to full scale.
