Vertical rising pipeline laying
① The rising lines can be laid along elevator well,scaffold or through prefab hole of floor in order to dismantle pipelines conveniently.
② Use new delivery lines when laying rising lines;when height is big,the thick wall pipes must be used at the bottom and are easy to dismantle;Elbows of vertical pipelines can't be used for the purpose of supporting,every lines should be supported by 1-2 bolsters.Straight and bent pipes must be fixed on wall,scaffold,tower or lift well in order to conduct the concrete gravity of lines from bolsters into the building.
③ As the vertical lines rise to a great height,the delivery concrete may incline to flow backwards,and give an impact to S valve.In order to reduce the shock,a certain length of horizontal lines should be laid between the machine and vertical lines to resist the concrete flowing backwards.The length of horizontal lines is not less than the 15%length of the vertical lines,and the shut-off valve should be installed at the horizontal lines of machine outlet,if delivery the concrete at high level.
④ If the pumping distance is very high and the volume of concrete output is large,you can lay two group parallel lines.If one group line is blocked,another pipeline can continue working.
