Structure features of ZOOMWOL concrete pump
-1, hopper
Large angle smooth hopper, concrete absorption increased by 10%. 3D- geometric optimization design, unique cone bottom of double-layer arc structure, good rigidity, high strength, smooth flow of concrete in the hopper, and not easy to accumulate concrete.
The overall use of Q345 steel plate molding to improve its wear resistance, longer service life.
-2, S tube
The S tube with optimized runner design has a gentle change in diameter from 230mm to 180mm, and a smooth transition on the inner surface, so that the concrete can pass smoothly and the pressure loss is small, thus reducing the wear of the S tube and extending its service life.
-3, lubrication system
The lubrication system of ZOOMWOLF concrete pump is divided into manual lubrication and automatic lubrication.
Manual lubrication: there are four lubrication points, which are lubricated by the injection of butter through the nozzle with the help of the grease gun. (1) swing cylinder upper spherical bearing (2) left swing cylinder lower spherical bearing (3) right swing cylinder lower spherical bearing (4) S tube outlet.
Automatic lubrication: use double acting plunger pump to automatically pump 000# non-extreme pressure lithium base grease to each lubrication point according to the set logical sequence. Its working principle is shown in the figure.
Oil supply of lubrication circuit is sourced from the distributing circuit.As the plunger cylinder swings one time,the grease-pump injects grease through the progressive feeders into lubricated points.
-4, high quality wearing parts
By adopting new materials, new technology, new structure and other measures, the service life of wear parts is continuously increased and the assembly accuracy is effectively guaranteed.
-5, Mixing and swinging system
The double-layer dynamic pressure seal and slurry leakage isolation design of the swinging mechanism and mixing mechanism play a protective role in reducing wear on the swinging shaft and mixing shaft, and at the same time protect the hydraulic motor from slurry pollution, greatly improving the reliability and service life, and greatly reducing the later use cost.
The high abrasion resistance and large blade stirring for forced feeding can further improve the absorption energy.
-6, High and low pressure conversion
There are two working modes of concrete pump: high pressure mode and low pressure mode.
High pressure working mode: high outlet pressure, small displacement. Suitable for long distance pumping concrete.
Low pressure working mode: low outlet pressure, large displacement. Suitable for short distance and large displacement pumping concrete.
These two working modes are integrated on the same concrete pump, and only one device can complete the mode conversion, as shown in the figure below.
